Preorders

If you order a preorder a style, it will be split shipped at a later date. If you have styles in your order that are ready to ship, they will ship out first. You will not be charged for additional shipping when the remainder of your order ships.

 

Repairs

Please contact us or email us at info@katemorrisjewelry.com  with any repair inquiries. Depending on the situation, we may extend free repairs, less shipping. Tarnishing and silver oxidization does not qualify for repair.

 

Jewelry Care

All silver, gold plated and gold filled jewelry should not be worn in water. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and oils. If you have a known allergy, please be aware when purchasing our plated over brass jewelry.

Inspect your fine jewelry regularly to make sure stones and clasps are secure

Remove jewelry before showering or cleaning.

Remove jewelry before exercise or rigorous activites

Put your KMJ on after applying makeup, hairspray, perfumes, cosmetics, and lotions. These products contain chemicals that can potentially cause damage.

When cleaning your fine jewelry, use warm water, and a small amount of dawn soap. Scrub softly under stones with a soft brush.

Store your jewelry in a safe place away from outside contaminants.

 

Order Processing

We do our best to ship out orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This is subject to change, during holidays, or during a sale.  

Due to inventory control, at this time we cannot cancel an order that has been placed. 

 

Discounts

Multiple discounts cannot be combined in one order. If we are having a warehouse or sample sale, discounts may not be applied for an additional price reduction. We require customers to input their coupon code before checkout.

 

Jewelry Design & Assembly

Each piece of KMJ is carefully designed by Kate and handcrafted by our team of in house trained makers. Some of our jewelry is manufactured in New York by our wonderful partner company. It is important that you know all materials used for KMJ are ethically sourced and each piece is made with love in the United States.
